Birth doula serving Rochester, MN. I have a lot of interests, but since I can remember I've been especially interested in health and wellness. Yep, I was that kid that read books about the human body for fun. I have been intrigued by birth since I was 11 when my sister started having babies and birthed all them at home. That interest really turned into a passion for women's health and all things pregnancy and birth related in my early twenties. I am now focusing that passion through being a birth doula! In January of 2024 I completed my training to become a professionally trained birth doula through DONA Int.

Birth Doula
As a birth doula, my main role is to come alongside you before, during and after labor and delivery to support you physically and emotionally. I take the time to get to know you, both your hopes and worries, and we work together to plan for the birth that you desire.
I aim to fill the gaps in standard prenatal care by helping you feel informed and empowered because I believe that informed women have empowered birthing experiences! In a society that depicts birth has a scary thing, I'm here to remind you that your body was created to do this and it is a beautiful thing.
